This is a detailed and thoughtful set of practices that are followed by us to ensure the safety of our customers.

Below are details on our modified services and the steps we are taking country-wide to help enhance safety for our customers–

Driver seat is separated via a thick plastic sheet- Prevents cross contamination.
Only vaccinated drivers and supervisors are deployed.
All drivers must undergo a body temperature check before starting the duty.
All vehicles must undergo a compulsory intense disinfection process. The process aims at disinfecting all touch-points in the vehicle like door handle, steering, armrest, seats, cup holders, vehicle keys, dashboard, stereo, window operating buttons etc.
All vehicles are equipped with a sanitizer bottle. The customer is requested to use it after onboarding the vehicle.
The drivers are trained to open the doors for the client. We make sure our customer avoids unnecessary touches. This helps us in preventing the spread of coronavirus.
The driver wears a face mask, face shield, and gloves while on duty.
Drivers are provided in-house accommodation and food. This helps our drivers avoid unnecessary travel after completing the duty.
The use of Arogya Setu is encouraged. The customers can request the status of Arogya Setu of the driver at any point in time.
Drivers undergo randomised coronavirus tests.
Social distancing is encouraged in Tempo Travelers and Buses.
